Service Description
Enjoy a restorative sound bowl session on your yoga mat (any extra "comfies" are welcome: blanket, eye pillow, etc). If this is your first sound bowl experience, come as you are in whatever clothes are comfy to you. There is minimal movement, guided breathing, and a blissful unwind into elevated sound. I look forward to seeing you there soon!

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please allow a 12-hour notice as there are only a select few spots available for each class. By booking this class, you (1) agree and understand that it is your responsibility to be on time and that the teacher is under no obligation to wait or extend class time to a lot for any missed time, and (2) will honor and pay a $20 fee for late or missed scheduled class.
