Service Description
This is not a typical coaching session. Aubrey brings her full self — massage therapist, yoga teacher, and practitioner of NLP, Ancient Hawaiian Energy Work, and Reiki — into a single, deeply personal 75-minute container. Together, we identify and dissolve the deep-rooted patterns you may or may not know are running your life. Think of it like a phone audit: some apps are draining your energy in the background, some need updating, and some are ready to be deleted entirely. We find what's outdated, what's been running on autopilot, and reinstall what actually belongs to you. For those ready to go inward. Available in-person or virtually.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee 100% of booked session. By booking this appointment, I acknowledge that I am responsible to be on time for my appointments and that the therapist is not under any obligation to extend my therapy session. I also agree that I am responsible to pay for the full time I have booked with the therapist if I am late. I understand that my appointment time is reserved for me only. If I miss an appointment or am unable to give twenty-four (24) hours notice when I need to change or cancel my appointment, I agree to pay The Sophisticated Hippie 100% of the amount of my scheduled/booked appointment.
